Marking IWD 2024 by spotlighting female team members
In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are profiling the women of BizCubed. Here are the thoughts from Kate Guz, our Office Operations Engineer.
Since a young age I have been interested in exploring and understanding new technology (sorry for the broken VCRs mum – I eventually learnt to put them back together!). In the last few years, I have been fortunate enough to work in the tech and data space and I can see the role that data can play in the success of organisations. While I wasn’t in a technical role before joining BizCubed, I always kept my finger on the pulse and tried to understand as much as possible.
The opportunity to join BizCubed has allowed me to bring my experience in admin, events, people, and wellbeing to a workplace which has encouraged me to not only hone my existing skills, but to explore new areas of the business as well. I love the variety of work, the commitment to personal and professional development and the genuine interest and care shown to each member of our team.
BizCubed wouldn’t be what it is today without diversity. I am lucky enough to work with a passionate and driven team who come from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds. Kate is the Office Operations Engineer at BizCubed, where she leads the efficient and effective office operations. Kate is a passionate advocate for the wellbeing and development of all team members.
