This team member has a unique ability to bring shape to the tenuous, to create structure from ambiguity. They both see, and are able to execute, the path of start small quickly and iterate, to build bigger things out of a number of base pieces. Their curiosity, questioning and thinking about everything they encounter adds sustainability – updating the wikis, identifying new SLAs, closing gaps between processes, improving clarity in cross-functional handover and boundaries, and even building new capabilities.
