Clancy Wilson

This team member was looking to change their previous job and industry, and ended up in a role closer to their original yet in a way they couldn’t have previously imagined possible – in a good way.

From being popped on in week 2 into development of a product platform even the rest of the team hasn’t had experience in, to getting back behind the camera, to elevating the team’s understanding of good coffee, Clancy Wilson has demonstrated an openness to new experiences and opportunities, and an agility to go with the flow.

This team member has consistently demonstrated an ability to enter a new space and make it look effortless.  From solidly delivering on service desk in the midst of a company-wide shift in service offerings and team structure, to leading customer teams  across multiple environments to implement working processes, to leading a project delivery team and maintaining high levels of customer delight and sustainability, Karina Liauw capably and confidently showcases our Solutions Working.

This team member has really developed immensely this past year, becoming a mentor and teacher to many across the team.  They have developed others into leadership and teaching roles as well.  And they have proactively looked for new opportunities and challenges to continue furthering their own development.  This year’s Teach & Learn winner is Prina Kamakotti.

Ask this team member to cover any area of the business at short notice, teach and enable others, implement a sustainable system, or lead a team in a complex environment, and they take the task on competently.  One thing I learned many years ago was that you need to step outside your comfort zone to really develop yourself further, and this team member accepts this challenge on a regular basis.  This year, Buddy Rosario has Taken Responsibility in a myriad of ways and more.

This team member has managed one of our key customers and their associated work with such efficiency and with such a high level of quality communication and engagement, that the customer is for the first time in their 6 year history going into their critical holiday season with confidence and comfort.  Sneha has delivered a truly Delighted Customer.

Jacob Burns

This team member demonstrated from their very first day they were one to keep an eye on.  They have contributed massively to the creation of a new platform and product for our services, operations and delivery.  While also enabling others on these new tools in our ecosystem, they have taken a product vision into reality.  With patience and an open attitude, they’ve taken user feedback and business requirements into consideration to support the development of something sustainable, secure and usable.  This year’s Distinct Capability winner is Jacob Burns.

Sustainability

Lachlan Parker

This team member has a unique ability to bring shape to the tenuous, to create structure from ambiguity.  They both see, and are able to execute, the path of start small quickly and iterate, to build bigger things out of a number of base pieces.  Their curiosity, questioning and thinking about everything they encounter adds sustainability – updating the wikis, identifying new SLAs, closing gaps between processes, improving clarity in cross-functional handover and boundaries, and even building new capabilities.  Lachlan Parker continually creates improved Sustainability.
