Proof our embedded security approach can also be seen in how we’ve incorporated our ISMS into our Next Level Leadership program. This means that anyone on our engineering team can become ISMS Lead – a 3 month rotational role responsible for conducting routine ISMS activities, designing & implementing improvements, leading internal audits & risk assessments, & coordinating additional resources where required. This experience gives our engineers are more robust understanding of information security, and an appreciation of the complex interactions across systems, processes, policies & varies stakeholders – from internal teams to vendors & customers.
